pdfBreak the Loop Workbook
Emma Onditi
A four-week workbook for anyone who keeps getting the same results, however hard they try You set the goal, you know the steps, and still you end up in the same place. This is mostly because most of us carry a few inner rules, often learned early from people who meant well, and, under pressure, they take over. This workbook accompanies the Break the Loop workshop to help you gently and honestly notice those patterns, and then begin to change them. Each week looks through a different lens: Week 1: See the loop (Self). Which script am I running? Find the inner rules that drive you (hurry up, be perfect, please everyone, be strong, try harder), look at both their gift and their cost, and start your loop map. Week 2: Meet the inner judge (Self). Whose voice is this? Catch the critical voice in your head, see what it makes you do, and practise a fairer voice. The responsibility pie chart helps you let go of guilt that isn't yours to carry. Week 3: Others (Others). What do I do with people? See how your loops play out in relationships, practise saying yes and no, map one key relationship, and find your one clear sentence. Week 4: Immunity to change (Systems). What is my loop protecting? Uncover the hidden commitment that keeps you stuck, work through the obstacles, and design one safe experiment to try. As you go, everything comes together on one page, My Loop Map, which is complete by week 4. The after-workshop log helps you carry out your experiment day by day and notice what shifts. There are no right answers, only honest ones. You decide what you share. Your answers stay on your own device, and you can save them as a file at any time. This is a coaching resource, not therapy. If you need clinical support, please speak to a qualified professional.

pdfEurope is Calling Workbook
Emma Onditi
A four-week workbook for people preparing to move to Austria, Germany or elsewhere in Europe Moving countries is about more than forms and deadlines. It's a transition that involves who you are, the people around you and the systems you have to work through. This workbook accompanies the Europe is Calling workshop series by VerityGrowth Coaching. It helps you slow down, see the whole picture and move forward at your own pace. Each week looks at your move through a different lens: Week 1: Where to start (Self). Map the transitions you've already come through and look at whether work, study or vocational training is your way in. Week 2: The paperwork (Systems). Turn the paperwork into a tracker of small, doable tasks and get support for the moments when it feels like too much. Week 3: Visa and interview (Others & Systems). Map the people and institutions involved in your move and prepare calmly for your interview with a steady opening line. Week 4: Your informed decision (Self). Write down your real reasons for going, check that they are truly yours and notice the brave steps you've already taken. As you go, everything comes together on one page—My Move Map—which will be complete by Week 4. A final section, Settle in. Notice. Adjust., gives you somewhere to return to in the months after you arrive. There are no right answers, only honest ones. You decide what you share. Your answers stay on your own device, and you can save them as a file at any time. This is a coaching resource. It is not immigration, visa or legal advice. Always confirm official requirements with the relevant authority.
